Canva Templates

In 2022, I led an initiative with our creative and marketing team to utilize Canva as a platform for creative production and non-creatives to collaborate on editable branded assets. As a result, Canva streamlined the creative process by minimizing creative production and empowering cross collaboration between teams at MOD.

CRM Templates

In 2023, I led a creative team effort to design a series of templates in Canva that could easily be edited by the digital team. The goal of this project was to remove production design from the creative team and empower the email marketing team to update copy for customer relationship management emails and in-app messages.

*Prior to creating the templates in canva, I concepted a few email designs based on recurring offers to our MOD rewards members. These email slices would become separate pieces in canva and can be mixed and matched based on the offer.

“Free Delivery” is a recurring offer we send out to our MOD rewards members. In order to keep it fresh and not too repetitive, we came up with a few static images for in-app messages and social that the digital team could choose from.

Local Store Marketing Templates

Our local store marketing team had recurring needs for new store openings that included printed materials as well as digital ads. The creative team partnered with Headquarters agency to utilize Canva to create a series of editable templates that would be easy to adjust based on store location and the various offers.

the notes feature in canva allowed our team to make quick updates outside of email and teams messages.
